Mozart week in January, Easter and Whitsun Festival, Salzburg Festival - first-class and abundant culture. Salzburg attracts businessmen, artists, heads-of-state, scholars and dignitaries from all over the world.

During Advent, when the entrances to the old houses are beautifully lighted, you'll find the Adventsinging and the Christmas market very inviting. Palace concerts in the Mirabell palace and advant-garde events in the "Szene" you will find year around. The Jazz Festival is in November.
