The house supervisor personally sees to the selection of wine placed on the winelist.

The focus is on quality Austrian wines but also offers select wines from Italy and Spain.

Particular attention is paid to the spirits that are offered in the restaurant "Gersberg Alm". Here you will find well-known and distinctly special selections from noble distillers such as Waltraud Jöbstl (Styria), Karl Holzapfel (Wachau), and Alois Gölles (Styria).
