Rooms are available from 4:00 pm.
Please inform us if you'll be arriving after 11:00 pm.
If you'd like to check-in before 4:00 pm, you are welcome to leave your bags safely with us until your room is ready.
Rooms must be free by 12:00 pm.
Please inform us in advance if you'd like to check-out later!
Reservations and cancellation
Conditions according to the Austrian hotel regulations:
Up to three months before the scheduled day of arrival: no cancellation fees. Up to one month before the scheduled day of arrival: 40% of the total amount will be charged.
Up to one week before the scheduled day of arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged. In the week prior to the scheduled day of arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged. Early departure: the entire amount will be charged. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
We always do our best to fulfil your room requests. However, we cannot make binding promises.
Dogs are welcome with prior registration and for a fee. Please note that four-legged friends are not permitted in our sauna, restaurant or swimming pool and must be leashed throughout the entire hotel.
- Breakfast: 7:00 am – 10:00 am
- Lunch: 12:00 pm – 1:45 pm
- Afternoon menu: 2:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Dinner: 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm
- Special menu during the Festival: until 11:00 pm
Damages will be charged upon check-out. We accept no liability for self-caused accidents, parking damages or damages to property. We do not offer compensation for uneaten meals.
We accept cash, EC card and credit card payment (American Express, Visa, Diners, Master Card/Eurocard).
