What is included in the room rate?
- Local tax (€3.55 per person per day) & taxes
- Naturally heated outdoor pool in summer (May to October, weather permitting)
- Breakfast buffet featuring regional specialities and breakfast classics to start the day

- Initial minibar stocking (once per stay)

Is the minibar included in the room rate?
The first restocking of your minibar is free of charge. Thereafter, you will be charged according to your usage.
What are the terms and conditions for children staying in a Comfort double room?
The Comfort Double Room is actually designed for 1–2 people; it is not usually possible to add an extra bed for children here.
Three of our Comfort Rooms do have an extra bed available – please do ask us about this when booking. For families, we generally recommend one of our larger room categories, as these offer more space and comfort for everyone.
Are dogs allowed in the Comfort Double Room?
Yes, your four-legged friends are very welcome here at the Gersberg Alm. Please do let us know when you make your booking, as dogs are only permitted in rooms with wooden floors.
- We charge €20 per dog per day.
- Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant at breakfast. At lunchtime, you are welcome to bring your dog to the Fichtenstube.
- Dogs are also not permitted in the sauna area or by the pool.
Is there a daily room cleaning service?
Rooms are cleaned every two days. If you would like your room cleaned daily, please let us know – our housekeeping team will be happy to arrange this for you.
Is the Comfort Double Room accessible?
Our hotel has developed over the years and does not have a lift or accessible rooms. Our restaurant is accessible to all. If you have any questions regarding your specific situation, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
