Far from the hustle and bustle, the Gersberg Alm – a small but exquisite hotel with 40 rooms and suites – has created a lovely temporary home for you. Each room is individually furnished with great attention to detail and offers views of the countryside and the city of Salzburg. As a small gesture of our hospitality, the first stock of your minibar is complimentary.

Can I reserve a specific room?

We are happy to accommodate room requests, but please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated a specific room.

Is the minibar included in the room rate?

The first restocking of your minibar is free of charge. Thereafter, you will be charged according to your usage.

Is there a daily room cleaning service?

Rooms are cleaned every two days. If you would like your room cleaned daily, please let us know – our housekeeping team will be happy to arrange this for you.

Are dogs welcome at the Gersberg Alm?

Yes, your four-legged friends are very welcome here at the Gersberg Alm. Please do let us know when you make your booking, as dogs are only permitted in rooms with wooden floors.

  • We charge €20 per dog per day.
  • Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant at breakfast time. At lunchtime, you are welcome to bring your dog to the Fichtenstube.
  • Dogs are also not permitted in the sauna area or by the pool.
What are the terms and conditions for children staying overnight at the Gersberg Alm?

Children up to the age of 6 stay free of charge. After that, we charge €45 per night. We’d be happy to provide a cot in your room on request.

  • Naturally heated outdoor pool in summer (May to October, weather permitting)

Are there accessible rooms at the Gersberg Alm?

The Gersberg Alm has developed over time and does not have a lift or accessible rooms. Our restaurant is accessible. If you have any questions regarding your specific circumstances, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
