What is included in the room rate?
- Local tax (€3.55 per person per day) & taxes
- Naturally heated outdoor pool in summer (May to October, weather permitting)
- Breakfast buffet featuring regional specialities and breakfast classics to start the day
- Sauna area (Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, steam room)
- Initial minibar stocking (once per stay)
- On-site tennis court + equipment hire
- Bowling alley
- Car park
Is the minibar included in the room rate?
The first restocking of your minibar is free of charge. Thereafter, you will be charged according to your usage.
What are the terms and conditions for children staying in a Standard Double Room?
The Standard Double Room is designed to accommodate 1–2 people. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add an extra bed for children in this room. For families, we recommend one of our larger room categories.
Are dogs allowed in Standard Double Rooms?
Yes, your four-legged friends are very welcome here at the Gersberg Alm. Please do let us know when you make your booking, as dogs are only permitted in rooms with wooden floors.
- We charge €20 per dog per day.
- Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant at breakfast. At lunchtime, you are welcome to bring your dog to the Fichtenstube.
- Dogs are also not permitted in the sauna area or by the pool.
Is there a daily room cleaning service?
Rooms are cleaned every two days. If you would like your room cleaned daily, please let us know – our housekeeping team will be happy to arrange this for you.
Is the Standard Double Room accessible?
Our hotel has developed over the years and does not have a lift or accessible rooms. Our restaurant is accessible to all. If you have any questions regarding your specific situation, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
