What is included in the room rate?
- Local tax (€3.55 per person per day) & taxes
- Naturally heated outdoor pool in summer (May to October, weather permitting)
- Breakfast buffet featuring regional specialities and breakfast classics to start the day
- Sauna area (Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, steam room)
- Initial minibar stocking (once per stay)
- On-site tennis court + equipment hire
- Bowling alley
- Car park
Is the minibar included in the room rate?
The first restocking of your minibar is free of charge. Thereafter, you will be charged according to your usage.
Can we stay in the suite with children?
The suite can accommodate up to 4 people. The Nockstein suite can even accommodate 6 people. The sofa can be made up as an extra bed for children – please do ask us when booking.
Are dogs allowed in the suite?
Yes, your four-legged friends are very welcome here. Please do understand, however, that dogs are not permitted in the suites. If you’d like to bring your dog with you, please do let us know. We’ll work with you to find the perfect room!
- We charge €20 per dog per day.
- At breakfast, please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant. At lunchtime, you are welcome to bring your dog to the Fichtenstube.
- Dogs are also not permitted in the sauna area or by the pool.
Is there a daily room cleaning service?
Rooms are cleaned every two days. If you would like your room cleaned daily, please let us know – our housekeeping team will be happy to arrange this for you.
Are the suites at the Gersberg Alm accessible?
Our hotel has developed over the years and does not have a lift or accessible rooms. Our restaurant is accessible to all. If you have any questions regarding your specific situation, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance.
