A good team event rarely begins with a packed programme, but rather with the right venue. Our Incentive Hotel The Gersberg Alm in Salzburg offers space for focused work as well as for mindful relaxation afterwards – surrounded by our extensive gardens and with Salzburg always within easy reach.

Situated between Salzburg city centre and the Gaisberg, the Gersberg Alm offers the perfect setting to get away from it all without having to travel far. A feeling of being far removed from everyday life comes naturally here. Spacious gardens, open spaces and views across the city create the ideal setting for successful team events and incentive trips, while keeping travel time to a minimum.
For the supporting programme, we work with Montée, an events agency based in Salzburg that specialises in team-building and incentives.
Whether it’s a communication exercise, a group outdoor activity or a challenging activity in between: Montée will work with you to develop a format that suits the occasion and group size – we’ll provide the venues, our spacious gardens as an outdoor setting, and catering for your team.
Nature Exploration & Orientation
Explore the surroundings on your own using a GPS device, compass and map – this activity requires both a good sense of direction and team spirit.
Team obstacle course
A modular programme comprising several short stations – either outdoors in our spacious gardens or indoors, depending on the weather and time available.
Canyoning in the Wiestal Valley
Among gorges and rapids, team spirit becomes a water sport discipline.
Creative Building
From building soapbox cars followed by a race to winter activities such as igloo-building or ice sculptures – manual dexterity meets a shared goal.
Communication & Reflection
