If you enjoy being active, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to do so here at the Gersberg Alm, even off the beaten track. Right here on site, you’ll find two different options for some sporting and entertaining recreation: our very own tennis court for sunny days outdoors and our bowling alley for days when the weather is a bit unpredictable.
Whether you’re out in the countryside or indoors enjoying a cosy get-together with family or friends, or taking a romantic break for two – we have the perfect setting to suit whatever mood you’re in.

You don’t have to give up your favourite hobby whilst on holiday: nestled within our extensive gardens is the Gersberg Alm’s very own tennis court – a place where sporting ambition and the tranquillity of the surroundings strike a perfect balance. The court is open seasonally and is ideal for a quick warm-up match as well as a leisurely afternoon game.
A classic attraction with a touch of nostalgia and a special highlight at the Gersberg Alm is the on-site bowling alley. Here, good company, entertainment and a taste of days gone by come together, no matter what the weather is like outside.
Bowling is one of the oldest sports and, as such, fits in perfectly with a venue that boasts historical tradition and regional character: here, history and the present meet – and continue to bring generations together to this day.
